ALI MOTORS will not use personal information for purposes unrelated to the application without appropriate notice or consent.

Vehicle prices shown in the app are provided for vehicle browsing and order-related purposes.

Unless a verified payment service is specifically integrated and disclosed, the app does not independently process bank-card details or complete financial transactions. Any final vehicle purchase, financing, documentation, inspection or payment may require separate confirmation directly with ALI MOTORS.

ALI MOTORS does not sell users' personal information.

Information may be shared only when necessary:

• With ALI MOTORS personnel handling a user-requested appointment, test drive, order or support request
• With service providers required to operate an enabled app feature
• When the user intentionally opens WhatsApp, email, phone, maps or another external application
• To comply with applicable law, legal process or a valid government request
• To protect users, ALI MOTORS or the public from fraud, misuse or security threats
• As part of a lawful business transfer, subject to appropriate privacy protections

The application may open or use third-party services when requested by the user, including:

• Remote servers used to display vehicle images

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. ALI MOTORS is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party applications or websites.

When remote images or online content are loaded, the content provider may receive ordinary network information such as an IP address, request time, device browser information or requested file address.

The app should request only permissions required for its visible features.

Depending on the final version, permissions may include:

• Internet access for loading vehicle images or online information
• Notification permission for appointment and order updates
• Camera or photo access only when the user chooses to add or change a profile image
• Location access only when a location-based feature is intentionally enabled

ALI MOTORS does not access sensitive information in the background unless that functionality is clearly disclosed and the user has provided permission.

Locally stored data generally remains on the user's device until:

• The user deletes the relevant information
• The user clears the application's storage
• The application is uninstalled
• The information is removed through an available app setting

Information submitted directly to ALI MOTORS may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to process the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or comply with legal obligations.

The current app does not create a separate cloud account unless this is explicitly introduced in a future version.

Users may remove locally stored data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

However, no electronic storage or internet transmission method is completely secure. Users should protect their devices, use trusted networks and avoid sharing sensitive credentials with unauthorized persons.

ALI MOTORS is intended for users interested in vehicles and showroom services. It is not specifically designed for children under 13.

ALI MOTORS does not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact us to request its deletion.

Subject to applicable law, users may request:
